The owner of this website is the controller of your personal data under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).

Only what you type into the early-access form: your email address, and the language of the page you send it from.

Like every website, the hosting provider also processes the technical data each visit sends (IP address, browser, the page requested and the time) in its server logs.

There are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

The form: to put you on the early-access list, invite you when Telvy AI is ready for you and answer your questions about it. The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by sending the form and can withdraw at any time.

The server logs: to deliver the website and protect it against abuse, based on legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Your email stays on the list until you've been invited and early access ends, or until you ask us to remove it, and never longer than 12 months.

The hosting provider keeps server logs for a short time and then deletes them.

Two providers handle it for us, each under a data processing agreement: Resend, which delivers the form to our inbox by email, and Vercel, which hosts this website. The message is then stored with our email provider.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Those transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the email address above; we reply within one month.

If you think your data is handled wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Spanish AEPD (www.aepd.es).

Telvy AI and its early-access list are for adults. Please don't send the form if you're under 18.
